Refund and Returns
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you, as a client, have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within seven days of purchases.
Please remember we will only refund goods if they are unopened, unused or unworn in original packaging and sealed with tags. You will lose your right to cancel if these conditions are not met.
baninu.com works on a same-day despatch system, so please cancel your order as soon as possible to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order. If you return your order because you have changed your mind or don’t want the products, you will receive a refund minus postage and packaging once we receive them back.
Returns and Exchange Policy
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items.
You can exchange products for any reason for up to 30 days after purchase if your products are unused, unworn and unopened.
If you have ordered something in error or don’t want it, you may return it to us at your expense for a replacement within 30 days.
For hygiene reasons, Baninu will not accept returns of adult toys or lubricants if they have been opened or used.
Unless the returned items are defective, you must return them to us at your own expense. We will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.
Returning a defective item
We at Baninu offer a 12-month replacement or a full refund on all faulty products. Please report any defective product to us as soon as possible to help you with a refund or replacement.
If the product is defective, please describe the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals, tags, batteries and accessories for a full refund or replacement. All returned products are tested and will be returned to you if they work.
Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products, wrap them securely in a plastic bag in the original product box, and pack them safely.
We advise you to use a standard tracked delivery service when returning any products to us so that you have proof of delivery if it gets lost in the post.
We will reimburse your total shipping costs if the item is found to have a manufacturer’s fault.
How long will it take until I get my money back?
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker – within seven days of receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you. Remember, refunds can only be given on items returned to us within 30 days of your purchase unless they are faulty.

This address is only for returns. You will not be able to buy products from the address below.
Once you have done this, please enclose a note explaining the return’s reason and wrap the package securely. You should also include a copy of the original delivery note in the box. This allows us to process your refund or exchange request much faster. Where you cancel your order, you are under a duty (until the goods are returned to us) to retain possession of them and take reasonable care of them.
There is no need to return your item by Special Delivery; Please obtain a certificate of posting Tracked delivery (for proof). If the item is lost and you can not prove that you sent it back to us, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
